We are a church of loving, committed and searching Christians who value diversity and cherish the gifts of young and old alike. We welcome ALL God’s children into our sacramental community, respecting the dignity of every person as we are called to a ministry of reconciliation and inclusion. You are welcome here as God’s own.
We invite you to join us as we worship God and proclaim the Good News of God’s Love. We take joy in sharing Communion with all Christians who gather around God’s table. Together we share a journey of learning and prayer; we believe in selfless serving; we advocate for justice and peace; we work to safeguard God’s good Earth; and we offer humble acts of hospitality to our neighbors and the greater world.

We know finding a church can be hard. We were all new to St. Thomas once, so let us tell you a little about ourselves.
We are named for the apostle Thomas, whose life was changed when he encountered the risen Christ. His confession of faith, “My Lord and my God,” is printed above the altar in our nave. Like Thomas, we encounter the risen Christ in our life together and find our lives transformed.
We invite you to worship, learn, and serve with us.

St. Thomas was founded in 1958 and is now a congregation of around 700 members and friends of many ages, occupations, backgrounds, and faith traditions.
A few folks have been here for a long time, but a lot are newcomers! Some grew up as Episcopalians, some came from other Christian traditions, and some have no religious background at all.
Those who have joined recently say they were drawn to the Episcopal Church or to St. Thomas by the beauty and holiness of our worship, by the welcome they received, by the way we study the scriptures, by our understanding of what it means to follow Jesus today, or simply because they felt that this was where God was calling them to be.

It is easy to join St. Thomas as a member. Just tell us you want to belong, and we'll enroll you as a baptized member of the congregation.
If you've never been baptized, contact Rev. Grace to schedule a time for Holy Baptism.
A few times each year, our bishop offers opportunities to be Confirmed or Received into the Episcopal Church. These rites mark a public affirmation of your faith in Christ and your commitment to living out the promises of Baptism with Episcopalians around the globe. Confirmation Classes for youth and Welcome Classes for adults are preparation for the rites of Confirmation and Reception.

We are grateful for God’s provision through all who give to St. Thomas.
For a one-time gift, you will be asked to load a form of payment to be debited when you make your gift. You can log in to your St. Thomas Member Portal account to give or view past gifts.

Thanks to your generous gifts and welcome and the excellent work of staff and volunteers, we have expanded ministries and been good stewards of our physical plant. Participation in worship, learning, and service has been growing, and we look ahead with confidence that God will provide what is needed in the year to come.
