Loving Every Person: Annual Pledge Campaign

Thank you for your generous past support of the St. Thomas budget. Thanks to your gifts, we can support a growing ministry and be good stewards of the church facility, which leaves us in a strong position looking ahead. Your annual pledge enables us to carefully plan our finances for the coming year.

When St. Thomas claimed this mission statement last year, the word EVERY emerged as a key point.

We considered phrases like “Love All” or "Love Everyone." However, words like all and everyone sometimes leave out the person right in front of us. Our goal is to love EVERY person, for EVERY person is beloved of God. EVERY person is made in God's image. We promise in baptism to respect the dignity of EVERY human being.

2024 will be a memorable year for St. Thomas. We hope to complete a renovation of the nave which will make it possible for all to gather at the altar rail and for all to sing with the choir and serve in worship. We are making these changes because of our commitment to love EVERY person.

As we move together toward this vision in 2024, our ministries of worship, learning, and service will continue. Thank you for supporting St. Thomas with your time, prayers, and financial gifts. You help us -

We anticipate little change to our operating budget for 2024, with anticipated increases for insurance and other costs offset by reserves and reduced spending where needed. Endowment income represents 4% of the value of all accounts averaged over the past three years.
